Day 1: Ankober, the royal city


  • We will set off to visit Ankober, former seat of Shewan kings
  • We will then discover the ruins of King Menelik’s palace, as well as churches that are famous for their paintings and manuscripts

  • From the top of Ankober Palace Lodge, we can admire the gorges and valleys of the region

Day 2: Debre Berhan, city of wool production


  • After breakfast, we will visit the surrounding villages to discover the culture of the country
  • On the way to Addis Ababa, we will stop at Debre Berhan, famous for its wool production
  • Lunch
  • If you have a flight in the afternoon, we will drive you to the airport
